IV. a. Nat. Johannis Bapt. A pécsváradi konvent előtt a pécsi Luka fia István fia Miklós és a Hyrd-i Nagy Mihály előadták, hogy 6 dénár márkáért (quamlibet marcam sex pensis computando) eladta a váradi Nagy Kelemen fia Gergelynek a Hyrd falun átfolyó patakon, András fia Pál malma alatt, illetve a Szent László tiszteletére szentelt egyház malma fölött fekvő malom tulajdonjogának kettejük által birtokolt 1/8 részét.
