A veszprémi káptalan jelenti a királynak, hogy parancslevele értelmében Mihály királyi ember és Demeter fia János kanonok, Miklós zalai ispánt beiktatni akarván Jakofelde terra birtokába, Lako mester és atyafiai kivételével a szomszédok nem jelentek meg. Nevezett terra-n két nő, Benedek fiai: Mihály és István feleségei élnek, akik a beiktatásnak ellentmondtak.
