Arad megye hatósága (Andreas Cheley et Nicolaus Figedy vicecomites et iudices nobilium) bizonyítja, hogy Segh-i Zaaz András tiltotta előtte feleségének, Margit úrnőnek, a néhai Docz-i Imre özvegyének a nevében, hogy bárki is el merjen valamit vinni Zenthmagyta predium kilencedeiből, különösen tiltotta Nagy Lőrincet sub pena consueta huius comitatus consuetudinemque et ritum. - Hátlapján négy pecsét nyomával. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta.
