II.Ulászló király meghagyja a budai káptalannak, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember bevezesse Bwthkay Péter királyi tárnokot Meggies-ben egy nemesi kuria, valamint Apa és Krasso magyar, meg Thotffalw, Lypo, Borhid és a 2 Werösmarth vlach possessió (Szatmár m) birtokába, melyeket Meggiesallya-i Morocz István özvegye: Margit asszony engedett át neki 2000 arany FT-ért és amellyekben az esetleg lappangó királyi jogot is neki adományozta a király. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
