Báthori István országbíró Gadóczy Miklóst arra kötelezi, hogy ötvened magával a győri káptalan előtt tisztító esküt tegyen le. Olcha-i László ugyanis azzal vádolta, hogy amikor ő a királyi népektől való félelmében felesége ruháit s jogbiztosító okleveleit Gadóczy Miklósnál (Olcha-i !) biztonságba helyezte, ez az okleveleket eltulajdonította, Gadóczy Miklós viszont kijelentette, hogy az okleveleket nem ő, hanem a királyi népek vitték el. - Papír - Zárópecsét nyoma - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Bakács) BÁTORI ISTVÁN ORSZÁGBÍRÓ
