quarto die ferie tertie post divisionis apostolorum. NRA. f. 355. n. 35. A bácsi káptalan Mátyás királyhoz. 1470 jul. 13-án kelt parancsára Bancha-i Sebestyén királyi ember András mester szerémi főesperes káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében Bács megyében vizsgálatot tartott, mely a parancsban foglalt panaszt mindenben igrazolta, majd Gara-i Jóbot Bancha nevü birtokon lévő részén, zantho-i Marhathy Jakabot tisztsége helyén, ugyanott megidézte személyes jelenléte elé Szent Jakab nyolcadára.
