A bácsi káptalan Mátyás királyhoz. 1470 jul. 13-án kelt parancsára Bancha-i Sebestyén királyi ember András mester szerémi főesperes káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében Bács megyében vizsgálatot tartott, mely a parancsban foglalt panaszt mindenben igazolta, majd Gara-i Jóbot Peczel nevü birtokán megidézte a panaszosok ellen Szent Jakab nyolcadára meghagyva Gewrbe Tamás nevü nemtelen familiarisának előállítását is.
