Miklós bosnyák király és Maroth-i Mátyus macsói bánok Serke-i Lóránt fia György fia Tóbiás és ezen Lóránt fia György fia János fia Mihály kérésére a valkómegyei Nemethy mezőváros kétharmadát, melyet abban a perben, amelyet Kozar-i Demeter indított fenti János és Tóbiás ellen a nyert ítélet alapján részükre és egyharmad részben Demeter deák részére lefoglaltak, visszabocsájtják és nyugtatják Tóbiást és Mihályt, valamint familiarisaikat és egyéb hozzátartozóikat mindenféle bírság felől.
