A szepesi káptalan Guth-i Orzag Mihály nádorhoz. 1472 okt. 1-én kelt parancsára Olzawicza-i Gabanczky János királyi ember Hymesd János kanonok káptalani kiküldött jelenlétében Sáros megyében vizsgálatot tartott, amely a parancsban foglalt panaszt mindenben igazolta, majd Zeech-i Miklóst, Lyptay Benedeket és Sowar-i Sos Miklós feleségét Potenciána asszonyt megidézte a felperes Anna ellen vízkereszt nyolcadára.
