Az egri káptalan bizonyítja, hogy megkapta Mátyás királynak 1460.aug.26-án kelt, teljes egészében közölt, statuálást elrendelő oklevelét, melynek értelmében Gaan-i Osuald-dal mint királyi emberrel Athad-i Balázs mester kanonoktársát küldte ki, akik szept.16-án kiszálltak Kysheghmeg birtokhoz és a szomszédok meghívása mellett bevezették annak a tulajdonába Rozgon-i Sebestyén erdélyi vajdát, minden ellenmondás nélkül. - A megjelent szomszédok: Paulo Batos de Ozgyan, ac Johanne de Isthenmezeye. -Chirografált. - Függő pecsét.
