A kapornoki konvent bizonyítja, hogy előtte Bwgod-i Kelemen fia Mihály és Janosfalwa-i Torina /?/ Jakab nyugtatták Egerwar-i Balázs fia Mihályt arról a 40 magyar arany forintról, amelyért egykor elzálogosította neki a Zenthgyurgh birtok határain belül a Zala folyón működő kétkerekű malmot és amely összeget most visszafizette nekik, viszont a malmot visszakapta tőlük. Eredeti, papir. Hátlapján pecsét töredékeivel. KAPORNAKI KONVENT
