A budai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Farkas László budai polgárnak az özvegye előtte ily bevallást tett: Mivel néhai ura: Farkas László halálakor 2.000 arany forinttal maradt adós Höltzler Konrádnak, ”magistro hubarum ducatus Austrie”, azért ő előleget akarván tenni az adósságért, az uráról rászállt fehérmegyei Gardon birtokot annak minden tartozékával, a régi határok megtartása mellett átadta, illetőleg eladta a jelzett összegért Höltzler Konrádnak és utódainak. Erről az eladásról a káptalan függőpecsétes oklevelet állított ki. BUDAI KÁPTALAN
