Marczali-i János, a királyi kunok comese, bizonyítja, hogy a kunok kapitányai és a paraszti kunok /rurales Cumanos/ közötti viszályok elintézéseképen ugy rendelkezett, hogy a Pest megyei Halas szék királyi kun kapitányai és paraszti kunjai két kapitányt és 12 kun esküdtet válasszanak, ezek végezzék közöttük az igazgatást és bíráskodást.
