Csanád megye hatósága /Nicolaus filius Frank de Thelekd et Osvaldus Feyer de Zobona alispánok és a szolgabírák/ bizonyítja, hogy Theleky Waryas Sebestyén özvegyének: Erzsébetnek a kérésére kiküldték maguk közül Salank-i Iffiw Tamás szolgabírót a vizsgálat megejtésére, aki a megyében nyomozva megtudta, hogy Péter csanádi püspök máj. 1-én letette a tisztító esküt - ad sui sacerdotii ordinem - Erzsébettel szemben arról, hogy nem tartozik neki 12 arany forinttal.
