Cillei Herman, Szlavónia bánja bizonyítja, hogy Beketynicz-i Beke leánya Zvylka leánya Margit nevében Kanyeuicza-i Pousa fia Mátyás öt napon át hiába várakozott Beketynicz-i Tamás fia Jánosra, aki a Beketynicz faluban levő 90 hold föld iktatásának ellenmondván, a csázmai káptalan által eléje megidéztetett. - Az oklevél az al-bán s kőrösi comes pecsétjével erősíttetett meg.
