Albert király a bécsi káptalanhoz. meghagyja neki, hogy a Tallowcz-i Mathko dalmát, horvát és szlavon bánhoz intézett, az óbudai apácák érdekébaen szóló, a királyné nevében is kiállitott oklevelet embere utján kézbesittesse ki és jelentse, hogy a bán mit válaszolt arra.
