Zsigmond Gergely gvardiánnak a pozsonyi klarisszák nevében előterjesztett kérésére megerősíti ezek számára András pozsonyi comes 1238-i, Mát királyi tárnokmester és pozsonyi comes 1244-i és III. András 1297. november 11-i szó szerint átírt adományleveleit. Az oklevelekben biztosított jogai és birtokai megerősítése a pozsonyi klarisszák Mária Magdolna klastromának Borbála királyné jóváhagyásával s a prelatusok és bánok egyhangú határozata alapján történt.
