A budai káptalan jelenti Konth Miklós nádornak, hogy a Sambok-i Jakab neje: Margit asszony között egyrészről és István ”királyi specialis notarius” fia: Péter között másrészről a Pest megyei Bekasmegyer possessio miatt folyt perben ítéletét végrehajtva az a szerint Margit asszonyt megillető rész birtokába őt statuálták a kiadványban leírt határokkal.
