A pozsonyi káptalan előtt Bankwacha-i Kis Péter fia János tiltakozik az ellen, hogy Kont Miklós erdélyi vajda Challokuz-i officialisa, Waryn Benedek ura nevében elfoglalta azokat a Bankwacha, Symonfelde és Zokfeulde területén fekvő birtokrészeket, melyeket a panaszos apja, Péter hű szolgálatai jutalmául Ogya-i András fiaitól, Pétertől és Farkas comestől, valamint Péter fiaitól Fakotól és Andychtól kapott.
