A budai káptalan előtt Tamás fia Ekus Miklós ”de sub castro Budensi” egy óbudai kőházat, amely Chepan fia János és fiai halálával rokoni jogon reá szállt, és amely Chyde fia János, fia Péter és Theutos mester házai között van, eladja Márton fia János, óbudai hospesnek 100 forintért (pro centum florenis) Wydus fia Mihály jelenlétében és engedélyével.
