A budai káptalan előtt Tamás fia Ekus Miklós, budai lakos Vidus fia Mihály jelenlétében és hozzájárulásával előadta, hogy az idegen jog sérelme nélkül 100 márkáért eladta Márton fia János, óbudai hospesnek Óbuda területén, Chyde fia János, fia Péter és Theuthus mester telkének szomszédságában fekvő házát, amely Chepanus fia Jánostól szállt reá rokonság címén.
