A váradi káptalan előtt István faber feleségével és János nevű fiával, valamint Pál redefactor feleségével és fiaival: Mártonnal és Miklóssal, továbbá István fia Imre előadták, hogy kettő, illetve négy és fél márkáért, illetve 60 garasért eladták Monor birtok területén lévő telkeiket a Szent Anna kolostorban lakó apácáknak, akiket az adásvételnél procuratoruk, Gergely fia László képviselt.
