A budai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Pheel-i és Zymon-i János literatus előtte ily bevallást tett: Mivel az óbudai apácakolostor apátnője: Anna és a többi nővérek készpénzen eleget tettek neki azért a 150 magyar arany forintért, amelyért az esztergommegyei Monyaros nevü birtokukat neki elzálogosították, azért nyugtatja őket az összeg lefizetéséről, a záloglevelet semmisnek jelenti ki és Monyaros birtokot visszaadja nekik.
