Mátyás király a nyulakszigeti Szent Margit-kolostor apácái és perjelnője részére átírja András király /13/ márc. 18-án kelt, az apácák részére Buda vár kapuiban szedni szokott vámról és Zsigmond királynak Lajos király /1365 febr. 27-én kelt/ oklevelét megerősítő 1397 ápr. 6-án kelt, szintén a vám tárgyában kelt oklevelét és azokat megerősíti. Méltóságok felsorolva. Eredeti, hártyán. Függőpecsétje hiányzik. MÁTYÁS 1 KIRÁLY
