A budai káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Ulászló Király 1443 szeptember 5-én kelt parancsára Etrekarcsai Balog István lányát Nestét, Márton özvegyét és fiait: Demetert, Berecket és Ábrahámot a pozsonymegyei etrekarcsai birtokrészekbe, királyi jogába és a komárommegyei felsőszakálasi kúriába adomány címén bevezette. - Függőpecsétje hiányzik.
