Ulászló király meghagyja a budai káptalannak, hogy Márton özvegyét Nestét, Etrekarcsai Balog István lányát és fiait: Demetert, Berecket és Ábrahámot a pozsonymegyei etrekarcsai birtokrészbe fiúsítás címén, és adomány címén Sélfy András ottani birtokában rejlő királyi jogba, továbbá a magtalanul elhalt Felsőszakálasi Nemes János komárommegyei felsőszakálasi kúriájába vezesse be.
