A vasvári káptalan jelenti Pálóci Máté nádornak, hogy miután az 1436. november 25-i parancsának végrehajtásaképpen Vas megyében tartott tanúvallatás a mandátumban szereplő panasz jogosultságát bizonyította, a nádori ember a hatalmaskodókat perbe idézte.
