Az erdélyi káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Miklós erdélyi vajdának Szentimrén 1343. július 8-án kelt és szó szerint átírt utasítására az Ews és Bongarth birtokok közti vitás föld miatt folyó perben a fogott bírák a határt megvonták.
