A türjei konvent jelenti, hogy a Zala megyei Gerehce birtokon fekvő Apaty birtok Bala-i Hanek fia János és Kaba Demeter fia Miklós részére történt iktatásának Benedek fia: Beke ellentmondott. Megidézték. Miklós nádor, Visegrád, 1343. november 26. Az iktatás augusztus 13-án (feria quarta post Laurentii) történt az idézés szeptember 15-ére (ad oct. Nat.
