Az executiora kitűzött nap: in quindenis festi Penthecostes. Miklós nádor meghagyja a győri káptalannak, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a nádori ember Ethe-i Jakab fia: János halálra ítélt nyilvános gonosztevő részeinek értékét Ethe birtokban megbecsülje és azok magáhozváltására a nevezett gonosztevő özvegyének és fiának határidőt tűzzön ki.
