az execuito volt: in quindenis festi Penthecostes. A győri káptalan jelenti Miklós nádornak, hogy (1348. június 22. előtt kelt) parancsára a nádori ember a káptalani hites személy jelenlétében Jakab fia: János Ethe-i részeit 10 márkára becsülte és azok kiváltására az összeg ellenében a nevezett özvegyének és fiának határidőként Szent Mihály ünnepének nyolcadát (okt. 6.) jelölte meg.
