feria quarta ante quindenas festi nativitatis beate virginis. Az egri káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Ders fia Tamás fia Demeter tiltakozott az ellen, hogy László esztergomi prépost és István s Péter nevű testvérei Loto András Péter, László, Tamás és Miklós nevű fiaival, valamint Péter fia Jánossal megosztoztak az őt illető Janok, Bytus és Wayda birtokán.
