octavo Idus Septembris. A fehérvári káptalan Balay Henrik fia János mester kérésére ünnepélyes formában átírja saját 1343. november 26-i oklevelét, amely szerint Theesi Tompa fia Miklós és felesége a Veszprém megyei Theest 32 márkáért azzal a feltétellel adta el János mesternek, hogy ez őket mint szüleit istápolni, temetésükről és gyászmiséikről gondoskodni tarozik.
