1383. vet. Pent. Szécsi Miklós országbíró a Tulusi Domokos fia István és társai által Nyéki Dávid fia Dávid ellen indított határperben Dávidot a földeskü letételére kötelezi, és meghagyja az egri káptalannak, hogy Jakab nyolcadán leteendő eskühöz küldje ki megbízottját és iktassa be Dávidot az általa kijelölt határba.
