Az egri káptalan bizonyítja, hogy amikor a Tulusi Domokos fia István és társai által Nyéki Dávid fia Dávid ellen indított határperben az alperes tartozott volna a földesküt letenni, a felek kiegyeztek és megosztották maguk között a vitás területet megvonva a határt.
