A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Thoroczko-i Péter - testvérei Zsigmond, László és a hajadon Erzsébet nevében is - tiltakozik amiatt, hogy Gywla-i Erdely (dictus) György felesége jogtalanul elfoglalta az anyja: Anna halálával Besztercén (in civitate Bystriciensi) reá szállott házat és telket.
