A kolozsmonostori konvent előtt Zwchak-i Dombi Bálint Wybuda-i (Colos vm) birtokrészét cserébe adja - 50 Ft kötés alatt - Wybuda-i Hencz Zsigmondnak ennek Zwchak-i (Colos vm) birtokrészéért, azaz az OrrosMathyasgyepwye nevű ligetért (nemus), öt szántóföldért a Bathorhawasa határrészben, két szántóért a Kewzmezewben, kettőért a Nadasyerdew alatt a Berczwth-tól dél felé, valamint a Zwlchereye erdőbeli örökös részéért (totalem portionem suam perpetualem) és 16 arany Ft-ért. - Regeszta forrása: Jakó, KmJkv 3224.
