II.Ulászló király meghagyja a kolozsmonostori konventnek, küldje ki hites emberét, hogy annak jelenlétében a királyi ember Barlabasy Jánost, feleségét: Fruzsina asszonyt és testvérét: Barlabasy Lénárdot királyi új adomány címén bevezesse az erdélyi Fehér megyei Mykloslaka possessió és a benne lévő király jog birtokába. - Hátlapján relatio foglamazvány tervezete - Papír, alsó bal felén 7 sorból 3-6 szónyi rész hiányzik - Piros viaszú papírfelzetes záró pecsét - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) ULÁSZLÓ 2 KIRÁLY
