A kolosmonostori konvent bizonyítja, hogy megjelent előttük egregius Joannes Jakch, filius condam Ladislai iunioris Jakch de Kwssal és magára vállalva összes testvéreinek és rokonainak a terhét, bejelentette, hogy szükségtől kényszerítve a Kraszna megyében fekvő mindkét Baldon nevű birtokot, amelyek őt öröklött jogon illetik, azok minden tatozékával együtt 100 forintért zálogba adta Stephano, Valentino et Martino Penthek in Woreciz commorantibus.
