Buda. III. p. Cantate. Kamychacz-i Horwath János érdemeiért II. Ulászló király neki adományozza Petthend-i Zabolchy Mihály, Bodmer és Ferenc valamint Jakabfalwa-i Kis (Parvus) Márton Magyarországon található valamennyi birtokát. Ezek ui. mint fideiussorok elmulatották Iwanch-i Sebetyén és Péternek, akik nemrégiben Horwath Jánostól 4000 Ft-ot elloptak, Gergellaka-i Bwzlay Mózes magister curie elé állítását s ezzel mintegy a lopásban részesnek mutatták magukat.
