Parancs annak a hatalmaskodának kivizsgálására, amelyet Alsolyndwa-i Banffy Miklós fia: János lovászmestere: Czygan Miklós, az oklevélben név szerint felsorolt jobbágyokkal és ura más alkalmazottaival Alsolyndwa-i Banffy Pál fia, János Zala megyei Nempthy oppidum-beli házában elkövetett. A kapornaki konvent idézze Perényi Imre nádor elé a hatalmaskodókat az evocatio 32. napjára.
