Mátyás király Zemplén megye nemeseinek a nádori gyűlésen előterjesztett kérelmére a nemeseknek és jobbágyaiknak az elmúlt márc. hónapig bármiféle excessus, hatalmaskodás és más tettek miatt kirótt nádori bírságokat elengedi. - Szöveg felett jobbról és a szöveg alatt kanc.felj. - Három részre szakadt, hajtásoknál kisebb hiányok - Szöveg alatt piros viaszú kitöredezett rányomott pecsét.
