Mátyás király elengedi mind ama bírságoknak bírói részét, amelyekben Zerdahel-i Ferenc és László és Pan-i Miklós fia Ferenc és ezek felmenői bárkivel szemben és bármilyen bírói fórumon elmarasztaltattak, egyben elrendeli hogy e bírságok miatt nevezetteket senki háborgatni ne merészelje. - Szöveg felett jobbról és szöveg alatt kanc.felj. - Szöveg alatt papírfelzetes, piros viaszú ép rányomott pecsét.
