Trencsén. Stiborzicz-i, másként Bolondocz-i Stiborius máramarosi (Marmorossiensis) ispán és a Wag folyó kapitánya bizonyítja, hogy Lesskow-i István katona azt a 100 forintot, melyért Wyssalagye-i Simon Wissolagye birtokot neki elzálogosította, végrendeletileg elengedte ezen Simon örökösének Wizzolagye-i Miklósnak, és mint ezen István javainak gondnoka ő is nyugtatja Miklóst a 100 forint felől. Datum in Trinczinio, feria secunda post festum beati Marici anno Domini millesimo CCCCmo vicesimo octavo.
