Nyitra. (Nyitramegye) jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy 1425. június 9-én Budán kelt parancsára Jech-i Márton szolgabíró által Nyitra (Nitriensis) megyében vizsgálatot tartattak, mely a parancsban foglalt panaszt igaznak találta. Fatum Nitrie, secundo die dici inquisitionis prenotate (in festo beati Jacobi apostoli) anno Domini supradicto (millesimo quadringentesimo vigesimo quinto).
