A nyitrai (Nittriensis) káptalan előtt Ochka-i Lachk fia János és testvére Imre Ochka-i Alar fia Domokost, a nagyatyja Ochka-i Loyak fia Mátyus Ochka-i birtokrészének negyedében, melyet a Domokos anyja leánynegyedébe már korábban átadtak neki, megerősítik oklevélileg, fenn tartva Mátyus másik két lánya. Baga és Chuna leszármazottainak járó leánynegyedét. Datum in vigilia festi Assumptionis virginis gloriose, anno Domini millesimo CCC-mo LXX-mo secundo.
