A nyitrai (Nittriensis) káptalan előtt Ochkou-i Lachk fia Imre, a testvére János fiai: Simon és Lőrinc nevében is eltiltja ezen Jánost és Corrardus özvegyét, Chuna asszonyt attól, hogy Zakal-i Boda fia Paska-nak Ochkou birtokból leánynegyedet adjanak, s Paska-t attól, hogy az elfogadja. Datum feria quarta proxima post octavas festi Passce Domini, anno eiusdem millesimo CCC-o LXX-mo nono.
