A csornai konvent jelenti MÁtyás királynak, hogy a Sopron megyei Zekas prediumra és a Vas megyei Fosdrethe pratumra vonatkozóan a konventhez intézett mandátumának végrehajtásaképpen Borbála asszonyt, Zyrak-i Gáspár özvegyét és fiát: Benedeket, meg név szerint felsorolt társaikat Thard-i Bálint özvegye: Veronika asszony, Kysfalwd-i Benedek felesége: Borbála és Myhaly-i Ugrin János leányai ellenben Szent Mihály nyolcadára (okt.6.) inszinuációval perbe idézzék. - Hátlapján felj. a per további folyamára - Zárópecsét helye - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila).
