A győri káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Warbok-i magnus György, aki a Győr megyei Zemere-ben lakik, a maga, fia és leányai nevében is, a Sopron megyei Mihaly possessióban levő, saját maga által épített házait - domus suas sive aedificia domorum - összes tartozékaikkal együtt - cum cilindris, tegulis, clavibusque ferreis et aliis pertinentalis 20 arany forint örök áron a nevezett Mihali-ban lakó Thord-i Bálint nemesnek eladta.
