A vasvári káptalan bizonyítja, hogy Gench-i Boda Benedek fia: Imre és Gench-i másként Bodahaza-i Boda Demeter fia: Péter Gench más néven Bodahaza possessiojukat - a benne álló apai kuriával és minden tartozékaival - 10 arany forintért a visszaváltásig Zenthmarthon-i István fiának: Miklósnak és Kwczk-i Pál fiának: Demeternek elzálogosították. - Szakadozott, halvány írású. - Hátlapján kitöredezett rányomott pecsét. - Regeszta forrása: OL regeszta (Ila) VASVÁRI KÁPTALAN
